Do you like training with a group? Have some summer race goals and need some help keeping on track? The RGR Training Summer Squad is the program for you!

  • Get a training plan for your target race (see available races below)
  • Participate in up to three group workouts per week (Tues, Thur, and/or Sat each week)
  • Have access to members-only discussion forums
  • Receive weekly tips and articles to assist with your training
  • Choose either a one-, two-, or three-month membership

This program offers the ultimate level of flexibility. You choose the options that work for you and your schedule:
