Learn the nuances of various types of speed work such as hill repeats, intervals, and tempo runs, along with how your heart rate monitor can guide you during these workouts.
This class is complimentary to RGRTraining’s Heart Rate Training Seminar; however, it is not mandatory to have taken that class. Additionally, a heart rate monitor is beneficial for use during Speed School; however, it is not mandatory. (strongly recommended).
