Want to continue your training after the San Antonio Rock & Roll Marathon? RGR Training has a Winter Marathon Training group geared at Austin, Houston, New Orleans or other full or half marathons in January or February 2009.

We'll take a short recovery break after Rock 'n' Roll San Antonio, and then begin training on Dec 12th. Because of the shortened season, those wishing to participate in the half marathon should be able to comfortably run 8 miles, and for the full marathon, they should be able to comfortably cover 12 miles.
Our Spring Half Marathon program officially begins on January 2nd, but Coach Andy is offering a bonus workout on Dec 26th! Come try us out and enjoy some post-holiday stress relief.
