Learn the nuances of various types of speed work such as hill repeats, intervals & tempo runs, along with how your heart rate monitor can guide you during the workouts. Bi-monthly.
Beginning 5k Run/Walk Training (8 wks)
We’ll take you from 3 blocks to 3.1 miles in eight weeks! Join us for this supportive training program for beginning runners and walkers. Offered for various races year round.
Youth Camp (6 wks)
This camp for cross country and distance runners entering middle through high school meets three mornings per week to maintain your conditioning through the summer.
