Online Coaching Program
RGR Training is a subsidiary of Run
Gear Run, LLC providing training programs both online and in
person for runners and triathletes of all ability levels. RGR Training
also provides year-round group
training programs targeting specific races.
Program features
Online coached athletes receive:
- Training schedules and workouts in 2 week installments
- Personalized assessment of your training goals and progress
- Access to an on-line training log used by both the athlete and
coach for 2-way communication
- Weekly feedback on your training
- Regular articles and information on various training topics
- Group workouts for athletes in the San Antonio area
The training log used by this program is hosted at TrainingBible.com
and was developed specifically for endurance athletes. It is packed
with powerful functionality to make the most of your coaching:
- Annual Training Plan - Dream it, plan it and then
do it!!! Use the Annual Training Plan to build an overview of
an entire season with all of your races including where they fall
on the calendar and on your personal priority list.
- Workout Planner - Finding time to fit your workouts
into your daily routine is hard enough. We make planning workouts
to fit your personal schedule easy with our Workout Planner.
- Daily Log - That which you measure inevitably
improves!!! Keep track of your progress every day using our full
featured Daily Log. Record the details of your workouts manually
or upload your data from popular sports hardware. Imagine graduating
from High School without any report cards or pictures in the yearbook
to show for it. By keeping track of key metrics like hours slept,
weekly goals accomplished and minutes trained you will be able
to look back on how far you've come while dreaming of how far
you can go.
- Reports and Graphs - If a picture is worth a thousand
words, a graph of your data is priceless. Identify problems before
they affect your training by taking advantage of our detailed
planning, graphing and analysis capabilities. Expand your understanding

making it easy for you to compare your race progress from week

Program costs
The program runs month-to-month at a rate of $75/month. New athletes
are required to purchase 2 months in advance. Discounts are available
for 3- and 6-month renewals.
Athlete signup procedure
To sign up as a new coached athlete with RGR Training, please complete
the following steps:
- Purchase
2 months of online coaching
- Complete the athlete questionnaire
- Wait for confirmation from your coach
- Begin using your online training log
